Hi Felipe, you should not be posting through nabble, we don't get the images and part of the formatting on the actual mailing list if you do. I checked the image on Nabble for the time being (but mind, I won't do it next time), as far as I can see you have a lot of weak references, the first time the garbage collection is run they should be removed by the Java own GC automatically?
I guess due to the multithreaded load the CRS cache is filling faster than the Java GC can clean it up... not sure what to suggest, the current code is not considering a case such as yours. That said... I'm still not seeing evidence of a memory leak (could have missed it in the Nabble messages), you did not provide an actual stack trace with OOM. Makes me wonder if this could actually be a concurrency issue instead (the SoftValueHashMap.get call is synchronized, it could be that the hashing of CRS objects is poor, and if you have many, that call can take a while causing slowdowns on all threads). The StreamingRenderer could be modified to call less often buildTransform, that might help.
