Hi all! I have been investigating GeoTool's Projection support and found that CRS.parseText() fails for WagnerV WKT. It seems that an entry is missing in the org.geotools.referencing.opereation.MathTransformProvider SPI. If I add the following entry
org.geotools.referencing.operation.projection.Mollweide$WagnerVProvider to https://github.com/geotools/geotools/blob/master/modules/library/referencing/src/main/resources/META-INF/services/org.geotools.referencing.operation.MathTransformProvider#L50 CRS.parseText("PROJCS[\"Wagner_V\", ... ]") works. Otherwise it fails. I can submit a pull request but I was wondering about a test.
