I've just tried the GeoTools 15.4 release and it's failed

with
a GC Overhead limit exceeded. I seem to recall (but can't find) a previous
discussion about increasing the amount of memory allocated to jenkins jobs.
Is it just that geotools-release was missed out or do I need to up it some
more?
