Thanks for tracking down all of this!
I've updated my PR <https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/2285>
accordingly, and tests now pass locally. Swapped SEVEN and FIFTEEN for
LAKES and STREAMS to get the GeoPackage feature tests working.
