Follow on to CITE discussion from last week, working with Boundless and
GeoSolutions to set up build.geoserver.org to replace ares.

   Initial focus is CITE tests
   -

   Should be available in May, we will gradually transition over the course
   of the year

   Windows build server is still MIA, this will be the second priority
   after CITE
   -

   Goal is to have build.geoesrver.org with access available for PSC members
   -

   Nick Stires from boundless is doing initial provisioning

Presentations are decided on this week, 30-40 remain:
