Just a reminder that the GeoTools 16.4 / GeoWebCache 1.10.4 / GeoServer
2.10.4 release is scheduled for Monday, June 19 (next week). Please be sure
to backport any commits you would like to have included in that release before
then (Preferably at least a day in advance, so the nightly builds and cite
tests can run).
