The GeoTools 17.1 artifacts are available for testing from
http://build-slave-01.geoserver.org/geotools/release/16.4/
This is the first geotools release build using the new build.geoserver.org
build server. If you have any trouble accessing the artifacts, please
respond with details.
Any help testing the artifacts would be appreciated.
