Arial is a proprietary font that is typically only available on Windows
and macOS. Open source platforms will usually substitute a font with
similar metrics, such as Liberation Sans, but you do not know which font
will be used. Substituted fonts are often different enough to make some
gt-render perceptualdiff tests fail. Please use Vera for tests that
depend on font shapes.

style plugin; when hunting down an example in the community/css module I
noticed tests there are using Arial.
Is Arial now consistently available, or should we continue to use Verra
