As a reminder, the GeoTools GeoTools 18-RC1 / GeoServer 2.12-RC1 release is
going out next week, aiming for a release Tuesday or Wednesday.
Once this release is complete, the code freeze will be over, and 18.x /
2.12.x will be on there own branches.
