Luca,
pull requests can be blocked waiting on feedback from submitters,
changes required, or review by core developer or module maintainer. If a
submitter does not respond, we sometimes wait a long time before closing
a pull request.
If you have a particular pull request that is of interest to you and it
appears to be stuck, please comment on it. Core developers see all
activity on all pull requests.
Committee meetings often end with a review of all outstanding pull
requests (time permitting); there is a Skype meeting at 06:30 Wednesday
Melbourne time (19:30 Tuesday UTC), all welcome.
Last-Friday-of-the-month-UTC sprints can also be a good time to engage
developer attention.
