An action item from today's meeting is to ask our developer list if we are
up for one or more code sprints in 2018. Participants in today's meeting
were uncertain if they could get "time off" to work on more than one
project sprint.
This is being discussed now so we can submit a budget request to OSGeo for
2018. We may also wish to look at any other activities that can assist
GeoTools.
