I wonder if it is still getting the wrong docs pushed/linked; perhaps those
actually still are the 17-SNAPSHOT docs?
Latest says 19-SNAPSHOT as expected.
Looks like https://build.geoserver.org/view/geotools/job/geotools-18.x-docs/
last ran almost a month ago. I just reran it, and now the stable docs look
correct.
So I guess the docbuild isn't getting triggered properly
