I'd like to be able to both read and write CSV files with geometries in
projections other than WGS84.
I'm happy to do the coding to make this happen but would appreciate any
guidance. My general idea would be to:
- CSVFeatureWriter, write a projection sidecar file if the projection is
not WSG84
- CSVDataStore, look for a projection sidecar file, if one exists set
that projection in CSVFileState
- Update the CSV Strategies to use the projection from csvFileState when
building the feature type.
The projection sidecar file would be the same as used in shapefiles.
