PostGIS/App-Schema online tests are now pointing at the correct DB and are passing again.
The CITE test failure appears to be unrelated to the PostGIS failure - they were already configured to point at the correct database. Based on the error, it looks like there might be a namespace or online resource pointing to a different decommissioned server, but the failure message is not quite detailed enough for me to figure out what exactly.
