It was failing on the previous Jenkins instance, and I'm pretty sure it had been failing for quite a while with no one caring. Looking at the history of the job on the mailing list, it was consistently failing around May 2018, until someone disabled the job. I don't know if it ever got restored after that - I don't see any "Build is back to normal" mails after the last failure, so I don't think it did.. We don't have Oracle or SQL Server set up against the new one yet (and the old logs aren't readily available). If no one cares enough about those extensions to fix the failing builds after a year, I'm not sure how worthwhile it is to actually spin up Oracle and SQL Server instances to test against.
