I'm not sure that that list is for anything except historical interest. I
occasionally update my organisation if I happen to be in there making other
changes. From a quick scan it seems that many of the entries are old (in
some cases very old) and the PMC membership list is also very out of date.

In general asking on this list is preferable to contacting module
maintainers directly.
