Hi all, I am more often a contributor to GeoServer, but because that project depends on GeoTools, I might sometimes be able to contribute here, too.
Would I need to fill out any other forms? If commit access isn't warranted, would someone please be kind enough to trigger the workflows on this PR: https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/3607, and merge it if it passes?
