Currently, the biweekly PMC meeting happens at 16:30 UTC <https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=GeoTools+%2F+GeoServer+Meeting&year=2021&month=11&day=09&hour=16&min=30&sec=0&ah=1> Now that both NA and EU have switched back from Daylight Savings time, do we want to shift the PMC meeting forward an hour so that it happens at the same time it used to for everyone in their local timezones? Either time works for me - does anyone have specific constraints that make one time better (or worse) than the other?
