Developers: I am scheduled <https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki/Release-Schedule> to release GeoTools 27.4 and thus far it is going well.
As mentioned in yesterday's meeting I wish to schedule a GeoTools 28.2 stable release this week also. -- Jody Garnett
