Hi all, A couple of us would like to see if we can contribute an update to the EPSG catalog in GeoTools head. We are working through UpdateEPSGDatabase.txt <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/blob/5c9fc8dbe0382a48b73210b5be9ba43f67f8259f/modules/plugin/epsg-hsql/src/main/resources/org/geotools/referencing/factory/epsg/hsql/UpdateEPSGDatabase.txt>. We are likely going to be asking a bunch of beginner questions.
1) should we create a Jira issue for the process? 2) I see that the current version is EPSG v10.083, 2023-03-01, but probably a better starting point would be EPSG v9.9.1, 2020-08-31. Does that make sense? Thanks! -Kurt
