With this PR FlatGeoBuf renders faster than before, and faster than
shapefile too (dataset is 1.5GB shapefiles with 4 million polygons, with
interpolate on one of the attributes to set the fill color):

Shapefile renders in 43 seconds

FGB renders in 34 (did not finish earlier)
