Our Maven 2 support target only 2.2 and above. And I'm not aware of any
pom files (Maven 1 or 2) prior 2.2...
maven.geotools.org only seems to be 2.2 snapshots....
As a side note, the repository is now "maven.geotools.fr/repository",
which is located in France (the old one was slow because located in
New-Caledonia). I hope to get ".fr" replaced by ".org" a little bit later.
