You are hit by a Maven 2 bug... Unfortunatly, Maven 2 test fails on
Windows when the project live in a different drive than the Maven 2
repository drive (usually "C:"). Reference:

There is not much we can do (except moving the Geotools project on "C:")
until this Maven bug get fixed. If this bug is hurting you, please vote
for it on the above-cited page! I can vote myself since submitter can't
vote for the bug they reported.
