Once you have your features from one of these parsers, you probably want to go directly to Oracle (currently you will need to create you table by hand as the oracle datastore does not support "createSchema( FeatureType )" yet. This is because oracle supports far more kinds of content then shapefile, Shapefile only supports a MuliPoint,MultiLine,MultiPolygon. So what is the source of your GML, and what version of GML is it.
