Note as far as I know. We have some conical projection, but I'm not sure what
polyconica is.
There is no plan for new projections right now, unless some volunter are
whiling
to implement them. Such volunter, if any, just need to focus themself about
implementing a MapProjection subclass. Then I can integrate it in Geotools if
they wish.
