You should probably not have the entire GT2 bin on the classpath, but rather 
select only the module you want to use.

For example remove gt2-epsg-access and gt2-epsg-postgresql from the classpath 
if 
you have not installed an EPSG database (Access or PostgreSQL) explicitly. It 
is 
also safer to use only one of gt2-epsg-wkt and gt2-epsg-hsql. The later is more 
accurate, but the former is still expected by some code like Geoserver and uDig 
(see http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/The+axis+order+issue if you wish 
some explanation about why Geoserver and uDig still use gt2-epsg-wkt). The 
right 
choice depends on your project.
