Frederico,

It means that the mlib dll files (that enable native Windows mode) are
not in your path. Try the following on the command line and run again
(if you are running this in a container, you may need to add this to
your startup script):

set PATH=%PATH%;%JAI_HOME%/lib

(where JAI_HOME is your JAI installation directory)
