Hi, Hints.LENIENT_DATUM_SHIFT to Boolean.FALSE is the easiest way, indeed the precision is too bad (about 200m of deviation). So I calculated the transformation with "Postgres"...not with GEOTOOLS....and it worked.
As you told me, I switched the library, cause of the TOWGS84[]-params were missing, to EPSG-hsql. Now, with the right parameters, the transformation works as good as the transformation of "Postgres" (<2m).
