They are getting created on an as needed basis, there are two works in 
progress:
- the UserManual is a great place to start and hooks into a demo 
application
- the UserGuide (really just gathering up examples)

Links to both of these are on the website.

How you can help ...
#1 It is a wiki, update a page as you get it to work yourself
#2 Let me know when an updated page is available (I can pull it across 
to the UserGuide)
#3 Let a developer know you are available to review documentation, tag 
teaming a topic works very well

Finally #4 Ask questions on the email list, and write down the answer in 
the wiki for the next person :-)
