Hello,

Yeah, this is a bit confusing; it is the namespace used by the GeoAPI
project for the interfaces. Make sure the geoapi jar is on your
classpath. If you still can't resolve the issue, make sure you tell us
more about the version number of the libraries you are using because the
particular geoapi you will need depends on which geotools library you
are using.
