Hey Gary,

Thanks for your writeup. One question since Andrea just made us a nice
profile for those without JAI. Are you running on trunk? On trunk, you
should be able to compile with -Pnojai and then have all the jars in
target/ including the non-native jai jars. Is this what you did or are
you working from an older release?
