Thanks much for the JIRA issues.

I've commited fixes for both of these issues to the current geotools
'trunk'.  From looking at your email (and your reference to 'revision') I
think you're getting the source code from subversion, right?

I'll add these fixes to the current 2.3.x branch, and then commit them.  If
I do that, can you build and test them in your environment using your local
checkout of the 2.3.x geotools code?

I'll update the jira issue when I've commited fixes to the 2.3.x branch.
