Martin and Andrea, Thanks for the help. I removed the gt2-epsg-access, gt2-epsg-postgresql, and gt2-epsg-oracle jar files from my GeoTools plug-in and the problem went away.
Do I also need to remove gt2-epsg-wkt? That one actually looks like something that might be useful to me in the future...
