Hi Tom;

They are not handled *yet* - we do have two implementations for you to 
poke at: jts-wrapper (maybe that one does not do arcs yet?) and one in 
unsupported/geometry ...

These are just implementations - they are not hooked up to like the 
DataStore's yet or anything.
