Well after some investigation with Martin's help here is the solution: - Don't use the deprecated gt2-epsg-wkt.jar but gt2-epsg-hsql.jar! - Force Lambert2e CRS to degree unit instead of grade unit (which is the default for ESPG:27572) by using Hints.FORCE_STANDARD_AXIS_UNITS.
This way the tranforming is accurate. :) A big thanks to Martin for his precious help.
