They have been removed because they were unsupported so... either you try to
forward port them yourself, or go back. We don't have any kind of replacement
for those modules now, and neither for the renderer that backed 
StyledMapPane....
I know it sound harsh, but that' the hard truth... none of the big projects
using Geotools (Geoserver, uDig) was using that components and renderer because
it required to load all of the data in memory before rendering, and was quite
complex too, no one of us besides the author was able to pick it up and hack 
against it.
