Hi Blax:
You are correct - nobody has written a DataStore for WFS 1.1 yet .. the
hold up is pasing GML3. But we have a parser now! GeoTools is always
accepting volunteers - do you want to have a go at writing the WFS 1.1
datastore?
As with many things if you can gather up enough interested people (for
development, testing, documentation and so on) you can get a lot done.
You can also look at the commercial support page if you just want to
hire someone.
