Well you can make a MapContext out of them and draw them all on the same screen? The RasterSymbolizer (part of style) is supposed to control how you map from your bands into RGB space for visualization - I have not used this facility myself yet.
Recently their was a demo of an ArcGrid reader that made the jump from bands to visualization ... perhaps you could check that module for an example.
