This projection is already presents in gt2-epsg-hsql.jar. It may not be
present in gt2-espg-wkt.jar (I have not checked), but I would like to
deprecate this JAR since it is causing many issues (no bursawolf info,
no area of validity, axis order mismatch compared to what EPSG said,
missing many CRS including propably EPSG:3395, etc.).
Is udig using epsg-hsql.jar? If no, I guess that we need input from udig
developpers in order to know if they have any plan to replace epsg-wkt
by epsg-hsql.
