Hi all,

I'm from France. I would use GeoServer and plug data on it to have
images with multi-resolution. I'm a novice with GeoTools and I've read
the tutorials on MosaicPlugIn and ImagePyramid.

I would make myself a architecture like ImagePyramid could create but
with my own data, with some TIFF
files on which I have the geo-information.

1.
Could I know what can be the contents of the .properties files for the
example below (is it the good structure ?) (or where could I search
informations for it) :

    * FrancePyramid: FrancePyramid.prj (projection Geodetic) +
      FrancePyramid.properties (?)
    * 0 : France1.tif + France1.prj (projection Geodetic) +
      France1.properties (?) (low resolution)
    * 2 : France2.tif + France2.prj (projection Geodetic) +
      France2.properties (?) (high resolution)

Is there in free access, a example of a structure of data ? If it is,
where can I download it ?

2.
I 've tried to use MosaicIndexBuilder.bat on GeoTIFF images. He sent a
error message : "skipped file : <file>.tiff : No ImageIO readeres
available". None index files is created. Could you tell me what is the
origin of the problem?

Thanks by advance.

Greetings.
