Wrote a test case to confirm that shapefile datastore *will* make use of
> ft.getDefaultGeomtery().getCRS()

I have also added the following to ShapefileDataStore:

> LOGGER.warning("PRJ file not generated for null
> CoordinateReferenceSystem");
> }
That way we can know for sure when someone makes a shapefile with out
any prj information.
