Yes, it is inside my classpath:
gt2-epsg-hsql-2.4.1.jar
gt2-epsg-postgresql-2.4.1.jar
gt2-epsg-wkt-2.4.1.jar
gt2-epsg-access-2.4.1.jar
gt2-epsg-extension-2.4.1.jar

Do I have to start a database anyhow?
