the error message:
org.opengis.referencing.NoSuchIdentifierException: No transform for
classification "Equidistant_Conic".
The text inside the PROJECTION[...] element must be one of those listed in the
attachment. You can get this list by running
java org.geotools.referencing.operation.DefaultMathTransformFactory
It can also be an alias of those. For example Hotine_Oblique_Mercator has the
following alias (you can get the alias by running the same command than above,
adding "Hotine_Oblique_Mercator" as argument at the end of the line).
