Dear users, I'm a skilled java developer, but a novice to Spatial development, so this may be quite noobish. I have a DBF file with land parcels uniquely identified by a parcel number, and I have a shapefile supposedly queryable by these numbers to extract only the matching shape.
I can read the shape file and dump the attributes as per the example, but how do I actually query it to get the correct shape?
