That is a good idea Justin.

One more thought ... I think the OSGeo foundation would like to have 
some kind of status meeting (I remember speaking at one last year).

If I can ask any of the GeoTools developers to attend - and basically 
let them know we have graduated. We hopefully will have a 2.5.0 release 
by then which you can acounce as the first offical release with OSGeo 
headers. I do not think we have much more to say than that.
