Hey, You seem royally confused between JTS geometries and ISO geometries which is not really your fault since they unfortunately all share objects of the same names. ISO geometry is a work in progress and not usable for day to day work. It's not yet even clear how the specification can be implemented. JTS is mature and powerful.
If you are trying to get work done, use JTS geometries. That means that you are not importing any classes from the org.opengis.geometry* packages. There are good examples on the wiki and in the demo directory of the svn code.
