I just tried it from the top page of the user guide
(http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Home) and it worked using
the Export and Print link on the rhs of the page.

I was asked to log in to log in to Codehaus, the presented with an
options page for format and content. Then the export took about two
minutes and the pdf is 4.7Mb.

Perhaps you're having a browswer-specific prob... I'm using Firefox 3

The pdf doc I exported is a bit bodgy - only some of the links between
pages are working (viewing the doc with Mac OSX Preview)

Michael

ps. if you can't get it work let me know and I'll send you the pdf
