Hi

Have a look at the messages from Matt and Gabriel in the mailing list
archives for the last couple of days about getting unsupported
modules.

gt-mappane is the jar that you need.  If you are not using Maven you
can download it manually from here:
http://maven.geotools.fr/repository/org/geotools/gt-mappane/
