Not much has happened recently with this code; a lit bit of work on
trunk with respect to WFS Capabilities parsing but that is about it. You
are probably going to need to do svn based binary search; ie try a check
out of 2.3 ... does it work? if not compare with 2.2.x and so on.
There is no active developer look after this code since 2.2.x; the uDig
project which makes use of this code went straight from 2.2.x to 2.5x ...
