I suggest that you print your CRS and the math transform that you get, with
something like:
System.out.println(getEpsg4326CRS());
System.out.println(getEpsg900913CRS());
System.out.println(math);
It should help to figure out what is going out. In particular I suggest that
you
paid special attention to the order in which AXIS[...] elements appear, and
check if this is the order you expect when giving the ordinate values to your
coordinates.
